Crochet by Cait started as an Instagram page I set up in 2020 to show the crochet clothing I was making to pass the time. I started selling to family and friends, and I eventually started selling at local markets. The brand identity is based around the small, personal and simple nature of the business. I wanted the craft of crochet to be the central focus of the visual language. The brand is simple and clean, but also young and casual, as my target audience is other young women who want to support local creatives in their community.
